Early Ford v/8 sales, Inc.

Has any one dealt with Early Ford V/8 sales out of Piedmont, S. C.? I priced complete, OEM replacement wiring harnesses from him and his prices beat the hell out of the rest of he Ford vendors, with Joes Antique Auto Parts being the next price competitive! Their shipping policy is extremely attractive!

Great service. I needed a part ( trans inspection floorboard disc)that they did not stock.Mac's had it for $18 but wanted $60 to ship it to France. They in fact resell some of Mac's stuff. They ordered it for me(same price) and when received shipped it to France for $13.They went our of their way to help me out.Not many will do that.C&G in Escondido,CA is another outstanding vendor as well as Third Gen in TN.

When they were in upstate NY, I used them all the time. Great group.

When they were in NY, our local NAPA machine shop said they processed 3 to 4 flathead's a month for them. I didn't own my car until they moved away.

It was a sad day when they joined the exodus from NY.

I bought a rebuilt 8BA from them along with some other items. Nice people, good service. Engine runs great. Highly recommend.

Interesting. I'm going nuts looking for a good block and noticed they are selling complete engines for a decent price.

I was going to call them to see what the deal was. Good to know.

"exodus from NY"-Why? Is the weather getting worse?

New York is not a business friendly state - very high taxes and too many regulations....

If I didn’t have a small parts store, and was a average consumer Joes Antique Auto and Early V8 Sales (in SC) would be the main two places I would buy from. They are both top notch and customer service is number one at both. Early V-8 Sales in SC is commonly overlooked.
