1963-65 F700 kingpin kit

Hi guys does anyone know where I can buy a kingpin kit for 1963-65 Ford F700 , the pin size is 1.234" dia and 7.5"long with circlip groove in one end and the cotter pin slot approx. half way along the shaft . I tried Meritor but they have none . tried a few places in the USA no luck. Parts of kits might help and I can make one up out of parts
