I have no opportunity to talk with the owner, but they talked about the owner plan to build a speedster! That's maybe don't care about fenders!! And the wheels? Mmm

I don't know!! Been my car, will never try to have hanging by the wheels!!! You know how difficult is straightened the wheels!!
So the real story is the car was hanging on the entrance of the local show, such ass a distraction for promotion the show!!
That's what I think!!! There's people's for every thing in the world!!
