1930 Tudor visor

I need some help from someone who has ever removed the visor from above the windshield on a 1930 Tudor. We were able to remove the two screws on either side of the windshield and we removed the windshield and a series of nails, and the screws from the trim piece on the inside. However, something is holding it and it is a mystery. If someone could provide a step by step procedure on how to get it out it would be much appreciated.

On my late 31 Tudor just above the screws both sides about 1 1/4 was spot welded. I used a home made stainless steel puddy knife and separated the visor from the pillar. I did not spot welded it back.

Tom, it appears you have removed all of the original mechanical fasteners, so my guess is someone has used a mastic-type sealer which is still holding it. It was never spot-welded at the factory.

Many thanks to those that responded. We found a spot weld on each side 1.25" above the screw. We cut the weld with a die grinder and got the visor and the metal header off.
