Need a copy of Service Bulletin

I would like to get a copy of Ford Service Bulletin for the Fuel System from April 25. 1945, Subject 9000, page 3. This bulletin list the proper jet sizes for the various Ford carburetors. Can someone supply or post a scan? Thank You!

Terry, I looked but don't have that page in my service bulletins. I did find a jet listing in the 1938-48 Repair Manual for Fuel Systems. Maybe this will help.
