Thanks for posting this! My Grandfather worked at the Newaek Public Library, just a few blocks from this intersection. My father would have been in classes at Newark College of Engineering, again, just a few blocks away. "Dutch" Schulze "Longie" Zwillman and Richie Boiardo could have been in that flick.

If that traffic was normally everyday it had to be a challenge just to cross the street,I'm in Jersey and been through there,no more traffic like that.

I'm with Pooch, I can't believe that we didn't see anybody get hit by a car!! Amazing coordination of luck to cross the streets. Hard to imagine that most if not all of the people in that video may no longer be with us. I love history and being part of humanity (most of it anyway).
