Cold winter moving in

Had the 46 out around the block between snow storms and the road was dry. Now back in my shop for the rest of the winter. Up on stands for all the usual stuff. Oil change, grease, check all fluids, bleed the dot3, etc.. Heater switch needs checking and then maybe I can find something that is not broke and fix it LOL.
10 degrees today and the wind means below zero wind chill. 5-7" of snow predicted for tomorrow!
My old pellet stove was beyond repair so just put a new stove in. Now I will be warm under the 46. The shop is only 16 X 26 and insulated so easy to keep warm.
Happy winter to my Fordbarn friends
John

Wonderful! Sounds good. It's so nice not grabbing tools that are 10°

I have to "strut" during this time of year...Won't respond in the Summer. It's going to be a chilly 74 degrees in Tucson, Arizona on Sunday. Then back down into the mid-sixties the rest of the week.
All of this comes with a bunch of out of state visitors... Oh well!.. Chap

I wish I had a heated garage to work in, car is in an offsite unheated storage unit. I won't be bringing it home until spring.

My shop is not heated but I have some of these insulated coveralls and I stay warm and cozy even on our coldest days. I use light gloves for the hands.

I had my '32 out for a little spin last Wednesday. It was quite nice here. :) Temperature was in the low 60's and sunny! Today though is not so good. Sleet and freezing rain. :(

Hey, we sent you that weather! It lasted a day here, then warmed up just enough to melt the stuff, thankfully. Hope yours does the same. You're welcome! LOL!

On the bright side, no mosquitoes - the State Bird of Minnesota...

OldFord 2, I remember those days as well but I was in Lawrence, MA WITHOUT a heated garage. I retired to FL and brought "Clunker" with me. Now she doesn't get the winter off. We both like it better this way. Tom
