Hey Canadian. Welcome to this great site. There is some discussion about the book you will need.
The Restoration and Judging guidelines Book.
It is the Bible these guys refer to all the time and has all the info you will need but you will need to come back here to find out what the book means exactly during your work.
The book is mentioned in a post above. It tells what is "correct" for your car for the timeline the car was built. But my car is an early 1930 and has 1928 to 1931 parts on it and Deluxe interior in a Standard coupe.
Who cares? Not me for sure.
But I do recommend the book.

Les Andrew's Shop Manual would show it, I'd guess. I think the parts catalogs from Bert's, Bratton's, and Snyder's would also show a lot of good pictures.
