What holds the lower half of the windlace to the door frame?

contact cement and put holes in the wind lace where the door panel clips go. so when you install your door panel, it helps to retains the wind lace to.

Do you just use brush on weldwood contact cement? Brush on metal door frame or on windlace selvedge as well? Also, should contact cement be used on top of door frame windlace? The headliner is in and I don't want spray adhesive everywhere.

It is called 'contact cement' meaning you apply it to both the Windlace tail along with the Door. You allow the cement to tack (-usually 5 mins. +/-) and then when you apply the Windlace in the proper position, it instantly sticks.

Nevermind. I forgot 30/31 coupes have unique top of door frame windlace core.
