Windscreen Rubber

I need to replace the windscreen rubber gasket on my fordoor sedan.I cannot figure out how to do this as no screws etc are evident...any advice would be welcome...thanks in advance

first you need to tell us what model four door you have, then we can tell you how to go about replacing the seal
