I think you will get more help on this question if you post it on the Model T Ford Club of America site. Also;

Re: Model t center door 1915-value?

They made less than 1000 True 1915 Center Door Sedans. They are a one year only Model
and have some very different features than the later ones. They are almost a prototype
And are very rare.
I have been around these cars for 60+ years and have only seen 3 true 1915’s.
They hold a premium value for their rarity the last one I new about was in average condition
and sold for $25,000 about 4 years ago. I was able to inspect the car and it was a correct
1915
The car was basically the same body from 1916 to late 1921 with minor changes in 1922.
If you like the look you can get a later one and put 1915 fenders, hood, hood former and radiator On it from a regular 1915 Model T.
Those later cars sell from $7000 to $10,000
98% of the people won’t know the difference.

Condition, documentation and authenticity are the things that are needed to be able to throw out a wild guess on value. You have provided none of those things, so it is not possible to say anything constructive. Perhaps if you were able to put a photo album together that shows the engine serial number, details of the underside, body condition, interior condition, and every pertinent part a reasonable guestimate could be provided.

At the end of the day you will need to do exactly this in order to find a buyer with the cash and the desire to own your car.

I don't think he has a car he's looking at, I think he just wants to know what the range is
of a 1915 Center Door Sedan

It's going to be from free to maybe $45,000 for the best one on earth. Restoring one might cost from $25,000 if you started with one in great condition that didn't need upholstery or a top to $125,000 if you started with a typical one.

If you are willing to do some to most of the work it can be done with a lot less expense.

thank you Dodge.

It was a simple question and only requiring a simple answer,,,,,,,

interesting that parts can be changed to have a newer one look like a 15.

fine by me. Not a points person who cares.

Re: Model t center door 1915-value?

If you are willing to accept an ersatz version then the price will fall dramatically. The correct 1915 parts are unique to this car and easy to identify. But if your standard is it passes muster at 50 feet then you can probably buy a 1922 centerdoor sedan with Rootlieb 1915 hood and hood former, 1915 fenders, and then add some brass plated headlamp rims and some cowl lamps. The whole chassis and engine would be obviously wrong of course, as would be the body if one knew what to look for.
