40 Ford rear hubs

I am usually on the Model A forum, but I am building a hotrod using a 40 Ford Banjo rear end. One of my hubs is pitted in the bearing race.Is there a sleeve that can be used to fix this hub, or is there some fix short of replacement. Thanks in advance for your information.
Rod .. Midgetracer.

There are sleeves available but I have heard that the hardness is not quite ideal.

I have repaired quite a few of those hubs over the years. I grind the hub down in the crank grinder, make a sleeve, have it hardened, hone the ID to fit the resized hub, press it on and grind it to finish size. I Harden them to 65RC.
