More power 24 t

I have a 24 Model T Roadster. It has aluminum pistons, distributor ignition, a Ruxtell axle and a low head. It seems to me to not have a lot of power on hills. I see in the catalogs, aluminum heads, high-flow intake manifolds, etc. advertised. Has anyone made any of these modifications and really noticed a difference in performance?
Thanks!
Bill

Ever since the first internal combustion engine power came into being these improvements have been developed. Man has always craved more speed and power.

A high compression head will make a noticeable improvement in power.

The low head was a bit higher compression, but with only 20 hp hills will be a challenge for most model T's.

The best bang for the buck is a high compression head.

Thanks! I'm ordering a high compression aluminum head.

rear end gearing is also important even with a Ruckstell.
