MON DIEU! Get the Sheriff and the State's Attorney General involved. There are just too many a-holes getting away with this kind of crap. I'm really sorry to hear of your monetary predicament. I was involved in a similar situation with a body shop jerk-off here in Texas about 29 years ago. The only bad habit these scum-wads have is continuing to breathe. And welcome to The 'Barn. DD |

Fellas, if a guy has your motor and parts, no need to give them any money until you have your motor. If a shop asks for money up front, it generally means they have cash flow issues or poor credit. |
Re: Colorado Flathead Rebuilder Hell - send it here to Ohio . . . can have Fowler Engines build it . . . and you'll be very happy with the results. Also, it won't cost you $10,000 to build one. PM me if interested.

Get on it before he closes shop and skips town. |
Re: Colorado Flathead Rebuilder Be careful about taking parts out of a shop that´s not yours !!
If they are owned by another person and he can prove it when you have mounted them to your new and fancy engine...it can end up bad !! Worst case scenario he can walk off with the entire engine after the law has ruled... |
