leather top hold down straps

I have been trying and trying to find a set of leather top hold down straps for my 1931 Deluxe Roadster restoration project...NONE of the usual parts suppliers have them....they show them in the online catalogs but term them as "no longer available"....even O'Neils in England doesn't have them...anyone have a set they would like to part with (brown)....or does anyone know where, or from whom, they might be available??? Thanks much....

I had mine made at a shop that makes horse harnesses.

Try a feed store. If they don't have something suitable they may have a custom source.

A harness maker did a leather robe rail (like the original) for one of my other old cars. It is surprising what can be accomplished if you throw the net just a bit wider.
