Rear door check strap on 31 SW 4 door
 

I need to replace both rear door check straps on 1931 SW 4 door Murray body. The old straps are missing and I'm not sure which strap type is needed and how to install them. It looks like the strap slides in from under the rear window panel through the door column out to the door.

I see a couple of strap types in parts catalogs. One type is leather that requires a screw down clamp on each end. But the catalog says its for open cars.

The second is a plastic/fiber strap with a stop on the body end and a screw down clamp on the door end for 4 door models. But since I have SW, I'm not confident that is the correct type. Any suggestions on the type or the installation?

Brattons 32790 T check strap w/ 32800 retainer. I've always removed the quarter upholstery panels to access and properly install the retainers after removing the window garnish.

Thanks for the quick response. Those are the parts I concluded I would need, but wanted to get affirmation. Just ordered them.
