Looking for a shock rebuilder for my 39 I know this is an old question, but I am looking for a reliable company to rebuild my shocks on my 39 Standard coupe. I thought Bill Wzorek's business was taken over by Andrew Falandes, and I messaged Andrew two months ago and have not heard back from him. Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations ?

Andrew doesn't come around the Barn. Good product & service & comms. Would use him again. |

Re: Looking for a shock rebuilder for my 39 Piling on here.
My Dear O'l Dad (Henry@1140) had Bill do a set that went on our '36 Phaeton and it required purchasing some cores. Bill was up to it, and many years later the car still sucks up the bumps. Andrew was who I turned to when I needed reliable shocks for my '35 Fordor. He identified the parts I sent (of course they were replacements from the period), then gave me a delivery estimate. All were correct. The refurbished pieces bolted up like I was the dude on the assembly line. No fiddling required. |
