1936 Rumble Seat Rain drain

A previous owner installed the rumble seat in the '36 5 window that I now own. As the back third of the Trunk rain gutters are cut out, how did Henry reroute the rain gutters in an original car with a rumble seat?

I do know that the rain just drained down into the back area and there was a divider bar to keep the rain from supposedly coming forward and that it was to just drain out the two holes near the rear. I am making an aluminum pan to cover all the rust holes that now exist behind the rumble seat area. I will post pictures once it everything works.

But if someone has pictures of how Henry did it, I would appreciate seeing them.

Attached is a photo of the baffle plate used to remove water to the rear of the rumble seat area in the 35-36 Ford Coupe

My 35 3 window had no drain holes in that bottom panel, had to drill them myself. Luckily it had been in dry storage for many years so wasn't rusted out.

Thanks Gary, so it goes around the back of the hinge. I should be able to remake that. I do also have the trunk lid stops like yours, I got them from Drake I think. One of the few things he had in stock.
