Gas tank sealer issues

I have 2 model "A" gas tanks in cars {a 1929 and a 1931} that both were sealed with tank sealers back in the early 80's and now the new gas is dissolving the coating and plugging the outlets as well as causing problems in the carb. I was told some of the paint thinners might work but very slowly. MEK will work but again wih possible limited success. because they are baffled the best way is to find a company that still strips metal with a dipping process. Does anyone know of any of these left in business or even a better process?
thanking you in advance maVERCK

mAVERICK,

You posted in a forum intended for questions to the editors. Few people read this forum. You should repost at https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=3 . When you post be sure to include your general location as well as adding it to your profile. If you are in California, a place in Maine isn't going to help.
