"Just a painting". Reading his title, I wasn't prepared for what I was about to see! Your paintings are truly a Model A Mans/Women's dream!

I suppose painting has allowed you to capture those fond memories. I know, your sharing has brought back similar images for myself and others, growing up with the Model A, our family, and the friends we've met along the way.

Previously you mentioned not selling your work but the responses here have shown a great appreciation for your talent! Would you reconsider? With limited numbered prints anyone could share in your passion. Possibly someone here has experience, and could help promote this.

I, personally would be honored to have a painting of my Model A done by yourself, if you would consider such a commission. I am serious about my request, and ask for you to please PM me if you wish to discuss.

You would know, I'm just guessing! The style you used is called "Tromphe la oel" (SP.) or Trick of the eye. This is very difficult to do. Forgive my lousy French spelling. Very good!

A friend of mine who is no longer with us did these for me of two of my cars a few years ago…wood intarsia….a lot of handiwork….

Thanks for the nice words. I do enjoy painting. I get requests for commissions but don't usually get around to doing them. If anyone would like to make a copy of any of these, I can email a larger jpg file if you let me know where to send it.
