Lift the spark straps a quarter inch gap then crank. Should see nice blue snap on each one. If that is ok, pull a plug and check if its wet, you should see some moisture on the plug, but if too wet then you are flooded.

I agree with Fullrace. I bought three condensers from one of the vendors early last year and only one worked.

I haven't read all the responses, but, I agree that your problem is not compression related.

If you are getting fuel, dripping at the throat when choked then its probably ignition related.

I recently went thru 5 new 'burn-proof' condensers before finding a good one. I buy a bunch of them at a time, have to.
