- I started working on cars at the local gas station during high school. I enlisted in the Navy and worked on jet engines. Following my discharge, I attended airframe and powerplant mechanics school followed by engineering school. I have worked for a diesel engine manufacturer since graduation as an application engineer for automotive applications. I retired Dec. 31, 2015 to Ford restoration work.
I am interested in all collector cars, but my main interest is 1937 Fords and all models of Corvairs.
