- My father gave me a rough, channeled '30 Model A roadster when I was 3. When I was 11 I traded it for a basketcase '57 Chevy convertible. Sold my Columbia two speed rear and Edmunds flathead intake and heads at that time to help finance the resto of the '57 convert. Never finished it, got it running though! Traded the convert for a '57 Chevy hardtop when I was 15, this was my high school car. Still building and horse trading...
