About Me

  • About wiretwister
    Missouri west of St. Louis
    Retired E E
    Antique Cars
At 77 years old I may be starting my last project.

Have just finished restoring a 1930 LaSalle Fleetcliffe Roadster which I have owned for about 48 years.

Have a total of 6 antique/collector vehicles all of which are running and have been out on the road this summer.

My oldest is a 1909 Brush Runabout. Additional cars: 1927 Ford T Roadster Pick up (past National winner) 1959 Cushman Road King Motor Scooter (Super nice) 1965 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible (all original, my ex tow car. Used it to pull my antiques to shows for 20 years.) 1982 El Camino Pick up (beautiful all original. Bought it right out from under a little lady that was driving it. She lived in the desert outside Phoenix. Had 60,00MI now is approaching 100,000.)

I like to drive my cars, do not get much kick out of static shows but sometimes do go to shows.

The project I am now starting will be something I wanted bad in the 1850's, a 1932 Hi-Boy Roadster. It will have a new body if and when I get it done
