About Me

  • About Roger Byrne
    Racine, Minnesota
Worked most of my life in the printing industry and had a small restoration shop on the side.
Antique cars, trucks, tractors, steam engines and some Live Steam modeling.
I have been rebuilding steam engines, antique cars/trucks, antique tractors, and Live Steam Models since 1965. I hold Minnesota A-2 & Hobby Steam Engineers licenses. I have done commercial restorations in the past but now spend my time working on my own equipment and assisting others with theirs. I have antique cars/trucks and tractors including a 1908 Sears Motorbuggy, a 1912 IHC Autowagon, a 1920 International Model H truck, a 1919 10-20 Titan and a few Model Ts. I have live steam locomotives(2) and several 1.5" scale rail cars. In the past I owned 2 full size steam traction engines, 1/2 size traction engine, several antique tractors and gas engines.
