- Purchased my first Model A (1931 indented-firewall Coupe) in 1975. Purchased current Model A (1930 Deluxe Coupe) as a basket case in Idaho in 1977. Did my own frame up "restoration," including mechanical, paint and upholstery between 2/1977 and 7/1979, which probably accounts for the amount of spare time I currently spend - 33 years later - working on the coupe. Member of Napa Valley [California] A's.
