- I bought my 1st car at 14, a 28 A coupe,$150, drove it home. That was 1958. In 62 I drove a stock 30 A sedan 600 mi to Indy on to Ky. , St Louis and back to Ia. ,2000 mi,what a trip. I've been into old fords ever since. I'm doing a 36 2dr now. Really enjoy the Ford Barn. Recently became a grandpa & can't wait to give my grandson his 1st ride in an old ford!!!!
