Default EAB Heads ID

Have got hold of a set of EAB Heads for fitting to 8RT as fitted to 38PU.
The heads are:EAB6050D. 36Z.. EAB6049D. 39M.
Whats the significance of the 36Z. and the 39M on the heads.
Also see pic of RH side head at the front. What does the two tapped holes, screws fitted to ID, hold or fit here?
Know other side mounts the oil filter.
Thanks for advice

Hi Phil, I think you'll find the the two threaded holes are for the factory 8ba style coil bracket.

Ah yes that would be right. As the 8RT head does not have that.
Much appreciated.

Just this last weekend at an EFV8 Club show, a fellow member and I were trying to figure out what those cast-in codes mean on our EAB's. I don't remember what my codes were but they appeared to be the Month as a letter and day as number. His were like yours, a number > 30. So probably a mold number or something else not really important to us?

AFAIK 8RT heads have the coil mounting holes?

Not hi-jack Phil's thread but mine are even weirder.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Have read somewhere now that they are maybe a Fomoco casting No as stated and probably of no significance to us. Guess main thing is to have a matching set which I do have.
