Default shipping options for body from california to midwest

Hello, I wanted to ask if you guys know of any good shipping companies
you can recommend to ship a an early ford pickup cab and bed from california to kansas?

I would be happy to give a small guy the business, but cannot wait to ship it.
would be interested in a service that can pickup within a few days notice and have the cab and bed on its way

thank you for your help.

Pick up within a few days notice ?

A cab & pick up box crated in a manner suitable for
commercial drop shipping will cost you $$$$ ...

There is a waiting list of vehicles to be hauled out of California already
and Winter is here for all practical purposes ....

A cab & bed are a static load - they do not roll on and off a trailer
like a vehicle - you are better off to buy close to home and go after
it with a tow vehicle and trailer ...

I have used fastenal and they are great but I would not use them in this case as the body and bed have to be on pallets and not extend past the edge of the pallet. I would say it's time to take a vacation and do a road trip.

Having.. "Been there, done that" I would suggest that you do it yourself. If you don't have a good pickup, rent one on a daily basis, unlimited mileage. Be a little vague on what the use is, might not be a good idea to overload the rental company with info about a cross country drive pulling a trailer..
Make arrangements for a one-way Uhaul car trailer, drive to CA, pickup the trailer and car parts, drive home.. Not pulling a trailer you can do the westerly drive in less than three days, the easterly portion will take an additional day...
