I think the same, when I see a pic of Fords' Auto Transports!
When Chief drove OC-AA dump trucks, haulin' gravel for the W.P.A, he said they were SLOW, but they got the job DONE!!

im not sure if trailers had brakes back then but the trucks with its all 4 14" diameter brakes would stop pretty good. that and your going 30mph tops
