Can any one tell me if the 1915 Roadster had an upholstery tack strip. I cannot find it shown in any catalog or parts breakdown.

My 16 Coupelet has that tack strip intact, it's extremely soft and fragile. Not sure yet how I'm going to take it off to replace the top.

Is it mounted behind the metal?

If memory serves, the tack strip is mounted to the outside of the metal not the inside. This changed in later cars made from 1917 to the end.
