Default '42-'48 Lincoln Front brake help

Ok, I have searched this site high and low and can not find an answer to my problem. I have a set of '42-'48 lincoln front brakes and I would like to remove the hub from the drum for media blasting. However, I can not get them to come loose, is there some trick that I am missing? Please help.

Leave it on.

The wheel studs are "swedged" in place, effectively rivetting the drum to the hub. If the parts are serviceable and all you want to do is clean them, just leave them alone and treat it as a one piece part.

NB I am assuming Lincoln are same type of assembly as a Ford.

Mart.
