29 Tudor with truck 4spd. trans
The 29 Tudor came for sale only because friend Dan C. is moving to Colorado.So like I need another project( working on a 40 ford coupe) plus 2 others in the garage. But , I always wanted a Model A, especially a 29 Tudor. With a blessing from my wife, here it is.
29 Tudor, 29,883 miles, 16” wheels, 4 speed truck trans. Plans are to keep it somewhat stock. I want to get it running and drivable for right now. But down the road, h.c. head, 2 carb. manifold( I have a Zenith), lightened flywheel, 39 trans, 40 ford brakes. After the 40 To see the pictures, go here: http://imgur.com/a/23reO |

For your information, Ford, during Model A era, made a kit with the necessary parts, to install the 4 speed trans in passenger cars. One item in perticular is the truck Bell Housing which is required to mount the 4 speed. Ron |
