Default 36 pickup cab back panel

I'm looking for a repair panel for the back of my 36 pickup cab to go from the upper body line down, not just the little 4"-6" repair patch I see offered.

I checked Mack Hils, Macks, and Northern.

Any other ideas out there?

The front of the bed was pushed into the cab, denting the cab and I also have some rust through.

Buy the patch panel and a piece of flat steel to finish up the back of the cab.

I had a piece made at my local sheet metal shop. They were even able to put the "bubble" at the bottom with a computerized break!
