value opinion of 1934 Ford Tudor Sedan
The reality is too many projects - not enough time. I'm a bit out of touch with current values so I'd be grateful for your opinion as to what this 1934 Ford Tudor sedan would realistically fetch if offered and posted. Comes with extra floor which is in perfect condition. All moldings. Dash (no gauges). Car is just sitting on a Buick-powered chassis which previously was used in the eighties underneath a 34 truck. The firewall is original and uncut therefor the body is not perfectly in position. I have a replated grill which could be included in the package.

Where you live has an impact on the value also.

Re: value opinion of 1934 Ford Tudor Sedan
I'm puzzled... I can clearly see identifying 34 features. Not trying to start a debate here, just wondering what you see that I am missing.
What I can see right off is the factory-punched hole for the hood latch, and the two 'indents' on top of cowl for hood rest. Both, 34 features, not on 33's. ????? And, I'm also interested in opinion of value, and location. |

Re: value opinion of 1934 Ford Tudor Sedan
Values vary greatly from area to area, but in my area, that would bring about $8,000 to $10,000. I have a '33 five window, and I'd say yours is a '34........Bill

Yes, it's definitely a 34. I had a 5 window until a couple of years ago. also have a restored 34 Cabriolet and an unrestored 34 3 window so I know the differences in years well. Ron

With a numbers matching Title and finished Grill it would be worth more than stated, IMHO. John

Re: value opinion of 1934 Ford Tudor Sedan
I always thought the early '34 sedans had the '33 style doors, where the glass rolls
straight down, and Not backward first, and the inside door handle was towards the front of the door, not towards the middle. It is probably an early '34, I'd guess. It has parallel rear springs, and It has split front wishbones, so I would guess the center X member has been changed too, so the chassis isn't worth much to a restorer The drivers side of the body looks pretty decent, hows the rest of it ? If you ask a hundred different people, you'll get a hundred different answers as to it's value, but with NO money changing hands, it's easy to throw-out a fantasy price on it, don't mean much though. Place it in the classifieds with a high-end price, you think it's worth, and see what actual prices people offer you, then you'll have a better idea of it's value. JMHO .
