Don't know what it is but it seems to me that if it were a ford tool the Ford name would be in Ford script or logo.

RYAN ...................
I have the following tools, for Fords. I don't believe they are made or sold by Ford, but made for any garage mechanics.
The wrenches are made by Lectrolite Corp. of Defiance, Ohio. I do not know about the valve tool. It might be Ford.
The Ford Brake Wrench has two eight point sockets. One for "A"s and one for "AA"s.

I am pretty sure that Lectrolite made SK tools. I bought a set of SK in Defiance in 1960.

Interesting picture and I started digging around using Google -

There is a company called Ford Meter Box ompany (no relationship to Ford Motor Co.) located in Wabash Indiana.

SO, I did a search for Ford Meter Lifter Tool - and behold out came the following product. . .

Meter-Box-Curb-Tool

It appears to be a plumbing tool.

More info on Ford Meter Box - http://www.fordmeterbox.com/

Interesting also that these tools have been sold on eeek-bay as "Model T Ford" valve lifter tools.

The tip that something was wrong - the five point lug pattern.

Great search, I knew that something just didn't look kosher.
Here's a PDF link to the covers that the tool is used on.

I grew up in the home of a water meter reader which I also became while going to college. I immediately recognized the wrench first posted as a water meter wrench to open the water meter lids and lift them up to read water meters. After opening and lifting the lid we had to reach in and tap the side of the meter with the wrench to shake the condensed moisture off of the inside of the meter lens so we could read the meter. I could do that whole operation without even getting off of the Honda Trail 70 I was riding. Two of us would ride along on two bikes alternating meters yelling out the numbers to mom who was following along in the car writing the numbers down. Quite the circus traveling around.

As has been explained, it's a whole different Ford than the one we know and love.

I was told that tool is a valve guide driver removal tool. The correct name or usage I am not positive on. These links and pictures should help.

I have three more old-time automobile tools that I can share.
1. ... A pair of universal drain-plug wrenches, to fit any drain-plug. One is a KEN TOOL and the other is a HERBRAND.
2. ... A SCHRADER air gague, that the Service Station attendent would carry in his back pocket, to check your air, as he cleaned your windshield and checked your oil. Do you remember Servive Stations ?
3. ... I believe to be a device to check the coils, on a running "T" Model engine. Note the hooks to hang it on the radiator rod.

Mike, I have a tool similar to your #1 that is adjustable to either fit in a recessed square drain plug or open up to fit over a square plug.
