Nice 1930s-50s or ? Dietz Spotlamp and Brackets

Here is a nice, small size, Dietz spotlamp. The overall diameter is about 6" and the depth of the light is about 5 1/2" from the lens to the back of the handle. Both the lens and the top of the light have the Dietz script. The lens is convex. The overall length from top to bottom is about 11" with the bracket extended outward. The bracket allows it to rotate as well as go up and down. There is an on-off switch on the back below the handle. It is in really nice and complete original condition with nice chrome,no pitting a shiny reflector, no rust on the brackets, etc. There is one small dent on the body of the lamp that could easily be pushed out.
