Default 7" hubcaps??

I am looking at a set of ford pattern 16" artillery clark/firestone wheels. The hubcap hole is slightly larger than 7". Were there any years that the stock ford hubcaps were that size?

Close as I can tell the only major manufacturer with a 7" is the GM Ralleye wheels
