Quite honestly, with some of Franks early posts, I was concerned about his safety when getting under his car with jack stands placed in what seemed to me to be the wrong locations. I think with the help he got from DavidG and a few other members here, Frank got his car running again and back on the road.
If Frank is perminately banned from this forum, I wish him well and lots of good times driving his early Ford.

ps...everone needs to keep in mind that we are all just guests here, like being in someone else's home, we should respect that privilege.

Hopefully the ban is temporary and just a rap on the knuckles as we used to say. I offered Frank a lot of help and advice and he pm'd me more than once thanking me for the help.

Was it the "humor" thread that caused the problem?

Mart.

This site needs to lighten up. We are all human and have our own quirks, personalities and even at times language. I've felt some attacks here before and basically ignore them but nothing was done. It would be nice if the owners of this site explained "BANNINGS" when they happen so we can all learn what they want. Glad this post is receiving some needed attention.

Vic, I'm sure you can come up with much better material than that on your own

I loved Hoops FACEBARN comment. Sorry the rest of you missed it. --------since he deleted it!! If I spent time in a full-body cast I think I'd be completely unapolgetic about anything.

Mike, I CRS, but I think it may have been May of 2010 when Shelly left the 'Barn as owner/operator and Ryan took over around May 6th or 8th.

Not exactly the best place to go for advice regarding a stock '33 four-banger.

Other folks who have been banned from FB in the past were still able to read posts that are made here, they are just not able to reply. If anyone here has had email correspondence with Frank, when he was a member, they could email him now to determine why he was banned...IF....Frank would even want them, or any of us to know the truth. Then again, it may be none of our business anyway.

It doesn't take anything super offensive to be "BANNED for life". That is my status on the HAMB for a very benign statement. It's all up to the moderator. It's sad that people feel a need to start fights on the internet with people and then that person takes the heat for responding. It's all just words- never meant to hurt anyones feelings.
