Pressurized Cooling System
I would appreciate hearing from those running a pressurized cooling system. Is coolant leakage at the water pump a problem?
What is the operating pressure? Do you have a coolant expansion and recovery contaioners?

Re: Pressurized Cooling System
I run a pressurized radiator. It's been this way for 3 or 4 years and never had a water pump leak problem. I run a 4 lb cap. Just enough to get it to and from the recovery bottle. I also have a modern VT fin core.

Re: Pressurized Cooling System
You don't need a pressurized system to use a recovery bottle, but why do you want either?
