White cad plating paint
I need to cad plate a few parts, but there are not enough items to warrant the $100 to $125 minimum plus shipping most cad plating places require. Ford used a whitish plating process, not the more recent yellow/brass colored cad plating. Does anyone know of a spray paint that would mimic fairly closely to the white cad plating Ford did - regular white spray paint is too white.

Re: White cad plating paint
Eastwood has a cad colored spray paint that looks pretty good. About $8 a can, as I recall.

I too, have used the flat aluminum paint. It got my car through judging.
