Joe's ford parts??
Anyone do business with Joe's? There are a bunch of parts listed on his website. I wondered if anyone on here has had experience with this vendor. Thanks in advance, Rod

Hey! This is cool. I didn't know about Joes. Their catalog reminds me a lot of Joblot. Joblot's website is still up, but I understand they are closed.
Here is the website for Joe's http://www.joesantiqueauto.com/ Here is the link to their catalog: http://www.joesantiqueauto.com/catalog.pdf

Re: Joe's ford parts??
I have been buying parts from Joe's for several years now. It has always been a very good experience. His prices are very competitive also. Joe and staff are always very cordial on the phone, there just ain't a critical word I can say about this company. I highly recommend Joe's Antiques.
Oh, and one short story... I needed floor boards for my 37. Roy N.'s source had dried up and Joe didn't have any stock, BUT, he recalled he had some 5/8" plywood down in his basement. He went and measured it and cut it to roughly the sizes I needed. I received it (he just charged for shipping) awhile back and made the final mods based on some old rotted ones I have been holding onto. They fit perfectly. Thanks Joe for the special extended service! gregg |

Re: Joe's ford parts??
With the help from Joe I got the 39 P/U across the finish line, just have to get the front grill in order.
His vendor spot is one of the first I see when I get to Fitchburg in April. |

Re: Joe's ford parts??
I ordered from Joe's last Monday and it was shipped the same day. It came to Mississippi from Massachusetts in 3 days. Consistently low prices and postage is as little as it could be. .

Re: Joe's ford parts??
I concur with all the above statements. I used to buy from a vendor that was located in Tewksbury who seems to have dried up for whatever reason. I find Joe to be very helpful and great to deal with.

Re: Joe's ford parts??
I just downloaded their catalog. It's incredible! It has 158 pages of just about every part you would want for an old Ford, complete with many diagrams. Just quickly looking through it I see stuff that I could not find anywhere else on the internet, and thought would only be available as NOS anymore. I have been on the Ford Barn for a couple of years and I am surprised that a discussion on Joe's has not come up before. These guys look like a great resource. Thanks much for making us aware of them.

Re: Joe's ford parts??
Jim,
And when you order from Joe, ask for a catalog. It's spiral bound so it opens flat, easy to keep the pages open. Joe and the staff have helped me keep my '40 Deluxe going. Top notch outfit and extraordinary service. In fact, I may sell my '46 GMC half ton so I can buy a Ford so I can buy from Joe. Hunt |
