Default 1930 Tudor top wood replacemnet

I was helping a friend replace his top material when we realized a lot of the wood was rotted. My question is approx how many hours would it take to replace the front header, the side, and back pieces of wood if you have never done this before ?? I realize you have to take the windshield out, visor off and remove part or all of the head liner. The center pieces of wood and ribs look OK Thanks for any info. I do have the model a mechanics handbook vol 2 which shows how to do this. I also assume that a Canadian tudor has the same wood as a regular model a?? Do I assume wrong??
