Default Ford 292 in Model A yard art?

While visiting a closeby yard sale today I noticed this: a C2AE block in an unknown old car. Thought some of you might like to see it too.

Mike, you going to drag this one home too? You NEED another project. I bet the tree trunk grew right around the rear end. I like that it still has the plug wires...

Dennis, no, the lady owner wouldnt be too happy about messing up her flower bed. When I was taking the picture she said it was too bad the flowers werent blooming . Plus the tree is quite close to the house. Plus I dont need another project !

It looks like you might be able to pull on the peices and they'd come apart.

Thumbs up Re: Ford 292 in Model A yard art?

I think it looks kind of cool as yard art,,but you can tell it is a faked set up of old parts, there is no frame or axles, rear hub shows nothing in it ect.

Is that in Bellingham, Washington, by chance? Looks like my old friend Dan's driveway.

Taking a second look at the pix's I have to agree that the "yard art" has been very carefully staged around a very mature tree.. As pointed out the rear/front hubs have no axles.. The rear is very clearly a '36-39 wide five wheel/drum.
