Need a really good crankshaft grinder
I am looking for someone on the east coast that can grind a model a ford crankshaft to factory spec's.i have tried who clame too be the best their is and they all fall short according to the factory spec's when it comes to the t.i.r.can someone please help me.

I haven't tried this soarce but it was given to me by a guy at a swap meet in South Carolina.
Crankshaft rebuilding service standardcrankshaft.com or phone 704-392-4371 Charlotte North Carolina It was said that they can rebuild any crankshaft. Good luck. |

If you are talking factory specs don't you need someone who can build up the journals with metal deposition and then turn them down to factory specs? Otherwise when grinding you would by definition be making them smaller in diameter.
