If you have any rubber fuel lines check them, and the fuel pump.

Any chance you have a poor ground connection between the breaker plate and main body of the distributor?
Or possibly the power valve ruptured or has the wrong gasket on it |

Good news...it was the carb all along, had it professionally rebuilt and the Sunliner purrs like a kitten. Thanks to all the Ford Guys!
