Victoria window riser
I bought a late 31 vicky driver this summer and have had an awesome time with it. The doors had sagged and rattled like hell so I fixed the sag and replaced the dovetail receivers and rubber door bumpers. OMG! What an amazing fix!!!! The problem is the drivers door window has partially fallen off the track. When I look down in the window opening it looks like the riser has two arms and one is off. Are there kits to rebuild the riser? I haven't seen a 2 arm riser in any of the catalogs. Help!?!?!?

Re: Victoria window riser
All the parts are available to repair the double arm 1931 window regulaters. But.......I don't think you need to rebuild it. Sounds like it fell out of the track. We have what you need, but I would take it apart first and see whats wrong before I ordered parts.

Re: Victoria window riser
the 31 Vicky has two arms and two springs, please check door alignment my 31 was way off the past owner just kept slamming it shut after about a day and half of blocking and re-blocking the body my alignment is now great you can close my door with one finger. you want to piss me off slam the door man i hate people who think you have to slam a old cars door Al
P.S; I did not know Berts had repair kits for Vickys good to know |

Re: Victoria window riser
can you take a picture of the end of the arms
they fit in the groove like the pictures and are kept in place by a spring it sounds like maybe one arm came out of the slot for some reason maybe a slipped gear ,or the button broke off or even the bracket with the slot broke loose heres how it should look tom |
