Default repop '40 Ford coupe trunk lid

Anyone have any first hand experience with Carpenter's '40 coupe trunk lid?
Specifically how it fits on a real Ford body.

I have one on my Real 1940 coupe, this lid came from Drake before Carpenter got the body deal. Anyway mine is a little off on the radius top to bottom that I will address in the future but the lid is well constructed and fits pretty good across the sail panel. It may be off about 1/16-1/8" side to side but it is a lot better than what I had. By the way I got this one for $700 as it had a couple of small dents no big deal

I visited the Real Deal Steel plant in Sanford, Florida which is the company that assembles the '40 bodies for Carpenter. I was told the panels themselves are interchangeable with the original parts except for the quarters which have the quarter window panels stamped as one piece with the rest of the quarter. Overall, the body is pretty impressive. The trunk lid looked great, hard to say about the fit on an original car after 70 years.
