Shoebox Central:

There are taper pins that you need to drive out to get to remove the spindle.
You might be able to reuse. Keep track of your shims as well. The new spindle
comes with new bearings, shims and taper drive pins.

If you are doing wheel bearings, you'll need new seals

Take plenty of photos as you perform the removal and installation of your front suspension spindle assembly. I found these books to be "a must" when I replaced the king pins on my 51 Merc. They have step by step instructions with photos which makes the job much easier. Buy them if you can. These manuals have tons of other information.

I found out the hard way that if you replace the king pin bushings that they have to be honed out before you install the new king pins.
