PHAETON top iron and bow question
Can anyone tell me what type of material Ford used on the radius part of the top bows? It appears to be fibrous material almost like leather. What can be used as a replacement material? Thank you.

Re: PHAETON top iron and bow question
My early 28 had the leather type strips. I used marine ply and built these up to fit.

My dads two 29 phaetons had two layers of mountain ash, about 3/8" thick each.
